Iron Man of Mount Kinabalu.Lucky he carry the empty drum, but damm..its heavy!!!!

Arrive at Laban Rata around 13:00 hour until 16:00 hours,its depend on your speed.

Once you get there go to the Laban Rata reception counter.Your guide will show you the way & check in which resevertion you get either Laban Rata Resthouse,Panar Laban,Gunting Lagadan or Waras Hut.

There have grocery at the corner counter.

Dinner serve at 17:00 hours until 19:30 hours.

Domitory bed.Sleep early because you have to wake up early morning at 02:00 for 2nd climbing to the top.

Toilet & shower

Its 02:30 hour.Its cold around 5 to 10 celcius

Day 1 (Pack Lunch / Dinner)

7.30am: Depart for 2 hours drive to Kinabalu Park HQ known for its diverse range of flora and fauna and the majestic Mount Kinabalu.
9.30am: Arrive at Kinabalu park. Register for the climb at the Park HQ and proceed to Timpohon Gate, the starting point of your mountain scaling trip. One extraordinary sight is that you will notice the change of vegetation from Oak and Chestnut to mossy forest and eventually to alpine vegetation when you finally reach your overnight based at 2,800m.
2.30pm: Arrive at Laban Rata. Check in at Hostel. Free & Easy
6.00pm: Dinner served at Laban Rata Restaurant

Day 2 (Breakfast / Lunch)

At 0230 hours, you start ascending to the summit of Mount Kinabalu (4092.5m) above sea level. This will allow you to catch the spectacular sunrise and beautiful photographs at the summit called Low's Peak.
8.00am: We will return to Laban Rata Resthouse for breakfast
10.00am: And descend to the Timpohon Gate.
1.00pm: Arrive at Timpohon Gate. Transportation will await you and bring you to the Park Headquarters to collect certificate of achievements.
2.00pm: Lunch served at Balsam Restaurant.
2.30pm: Back to Kota Kinabalu.
